The interview was videotaped at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 1992 at the Memory Diagnostic Center at Jewish Hospital in St. Louis by Dr. John C. Morris. The subject correctly identified her most recent job and the retirement date although it was unclear on the video.
