Faculty and staff affiliated with HASD-Knight ADRC, ACS and HOPE may attend the 6th Berg Symposium for free (i.e., the registration fee is waived). Fellows working in Knight ADRC labs and MAP clinicians may also attend for free. Please complete the fields below and press submit to reserve your slot.

PLEASE NOTE: Free attendees DO NOT receive CME credits or parking reimbursement. If you wish to receive credits, you must use the WU Registration via Check or Purchase Order Form (pdf) or WU Online Registration via Secure Credit Card (password: cardinals) and pay the discounted rate of $100 for attendance.

The Berg Symposium promises to be a large event this year. We will be taxing the space resources of the Eric P. Newman Center at meal times. Free attendees may be asked to eat in another room from the main area to prevent overcrowding. Lunchtime lectures will be shown live via a TV link in any alternate eating space. Please be understanding if you are asked to accommodate others in this way.
