Alzheimer's. But we also have research programs. We are part of the Alzheimer's Disease
Research Center at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Our goal to better understand
how Alzheimer's Disease affects elders and their families.
Our research includes:
how Alzheimer's affects the performance of elderly African-Americans.
how elderly persons use social services connected with Alzheimer's.
how Alzheimer's affects families.
how Alzheimer's affects the African-American community.
how people with Alzheimer's can live alone at home.
and what services they need to live at home comfortably and safely.
